The medical technology product DulcoSoft® oral solution is a mild laxative designed to provide gentle and effective relief from the symptoms of constipation within 24 – 72 hours.

DulcoSoft® oral solution has a neutral taste, and can be mixed directly with a beverage of your choice, such as a glass of water or another liquid such as fruit juice or tea (approximately 150 ml). The dose is measured using the dosing cup included in the package and can be adjusted according to the effect observed. The daily dose of DulcoSoft® is recommended to be taken preferably as a single dose in the morning.


Children 6 months to 8 years1:

From 6 months to 1 year1: 8ml of solution daily – equivalent to 4g macrogol 4000

From 2 to 3 years1: 8ml – 16ml of solution daily – equivalent to 4 – 8g macrogol 4000

From 4 to 7 years1: 16ml – 32ml of solution daily – equivalent to 8 – 16g macrogol 4000


Adults and children 8 years and older:

20ml to 40ml of solution daily – equivalent to 10 – 20g macrogol 4000


Suitable for pregnant and lactating women2.

Suitable for diabetics and people with gluten and lactose intolerance. Does not contain sugar.

The correct dosage is the lowest dose to produce regular soft stools, and you should not take a double dose of DulcoSoft® if you forget to take the previous dose.

For use in children under 8 years of age, a doctor's advice is recommended.

It slows down the absorption of water leading to an increase in the amount of water in the large intestine. There, the hard stool softens and increases in volume. This leads to an increase in bowel motility and facilitates the expulsion of faeces, supporting a gentle and effective relief from constipation.

The active substance of DulcoSoft®, macrogol 4000, has a purely natural mode of action, as it is not absorbed by the body and is excreted unchanged.
