Returns Policy
Return or replacement of defective products
PharmAssist Glyfada takes every possible measure to ensure that all products are specially and carefully packaged to reach you without damage.
In very rare cases, however, there is a possibility that one of these products may be damaged during shipment to you or you may receive a defective product.
In the event that the product you received proves to be defective in its manufacture, then you can request its replacement with the same product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
If the product you wish to replace is not available, an interest-free refund or credit invoice will be issued.
In order to serve you properly, we ask you to send relevant photos to info@pharmassistglyfada.gr with the defective product so that we can process your request.
In the event that the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt , PharmAssist Glyfada has the right not to accept the product back and not to replace it.
Return or replacement of non-defective products
For reasons of hygiene and ensuring the quality of the products, returns are not possible. infant and child foods (milk, ready meals, creams, snacks, special foods) as well as personal care products, cosmetics and nutritional supplements that do not bear a label, security sticker or protection seal.
Product returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of issue of the receipt, as long as the products have not been used, the contents have not been altered and the label or security sticker remains intact.
In the event of alteration of the original packaging or use of the product, the exchange is not accepted.
For returns, the retail receipt is required and the product must be accompanied by all accessories/instructions for use, as well as be placed in a suitable box to protect it during transport.
PharmAssist Glyfada is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product due to inadequate packaging by the customer.
In the event of an invoice being issued, the return must be made with a shipping note.
In the event that the return is not made within the period of (14) fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt or any of the return conditions are not met, PharmAssist Glyfada has the right not to accept the products back and not to replace them.
If the payment was made by credit card, the transaction will be canceled and the credit card will be updated accordingly.
To return any product, it is necessary to contact us at info@pharmassistglyfada.gr . Please note that, without prior arrangement, our pharmacy cannot accept returns.
Please note that returns are always made at the current price of the product, i.e. the price of the product on the day of return.

Non-Receipt of Order
In case the order has not been received due to the recipient's fault e.g., incorrect shipping or contact details, indifference, negligence, double order (cases for which the Courier is not responsible), for its re-forwarding , the customer is responsible for the shipping costs regardless of the order amount .
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order, if you wish, without charge, provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our store, by sending us an email at info@pharmassistglyfada.gr with your order number, the name and surname you placed it with and your telephone number.
You will receive a response email that your order has been canceled.
