Exchange / Return Policy

Changes

For exchange(*,**) (non-defective product) you will be responsible for return shipping costs and reshipping costs.

Greece: Especially if your purchase is over €50, you only incur the return costs of €5.00.

International: Return costs are covered by the customer.

The exchange period ends 7 calendar days after you or a third party acting on your behalf, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the goods.

The above does not apply to products purchased in special offers and marked as "non-returnable".

*Please note that changes are always made at the current price of the product, i.e. the price of the product on the day the change is made.

** Exchanges are accepted ONLY if the product has not been opened or used. We reserve the right not to accept an exchange if the product packaging is closed.

Returns

You may withdraw from the Contract within 7 calendar days without reason. The cooling-off period ends after 7 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party acting on your behalf, other than the carrier, obtained physical possession or control of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, part or all of your order must be shipped:
– The completed return form
– The documents accompanying the item (shipping note, sales receipt)

Our company will refund the amount of the order in the same way you chose when you bought it, after deducting the return costs.

Hellas. Especially if your purchase is more than €50 and you were not charged for shipping, we will deduct the shipping/return costs of €5.00.

International: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

In any case, you will not be charged any additional costs for this return other than shipping costs.

Any shipping charges you pay will not be refunded.

The credit will be issued without delay, usually within 3 – 5 working days and in any case within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to be returned.

Necessary conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are:
– The product must not have been used.
– The product must not have been used.
– The product must not have been used or opened.

All items must be returned in the perfect condition in which they were received, without damage, without defects (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging (for items received in special packaging) and accompanied by all necessary documents .

Return or replacement of defective products

Our company takes every possible measure to ensure that all products are specially and carefully packed to reach you without damage. In very rare cases, however, there is a chance that one of these products may be damaged during shipment to you, or that you may receive a defective product. For this reason, and despite the above right of withdrawal which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.

If you receive the product without expressing a specific reservation, it means that you have unconditionally received the product from our company. However, if you find that there is a damage and/or defect in the product, you can inform us within 7 days of receipt by contacting us at (+30) 21 0894 5506 or by e-mail at info@pharmassistglyfada.gr, indicating if you wish to receive a replacement or if you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. If you wish to have a new product sent to you for replacement, the new product will be sent to you at no additional charge.

In the event that the product you received proves to be defective in its manufacture, then you can request its replacement with the same or another product of your choice and/or the issuance of a credit invoice or an interest-free refund of the money paid if the product you desire to replace is not available, as long as you send the relevant online order no later than 7 days from the date of receipt.
