Payment Methods

Payment for your order can be made in one of the following ways.

With credit, debit or prepaid cards

With Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, IRIS, Apple Pay & Google Pay credit, debit or prepaid cards via Viva Wallet.

Deposit into account

Deposit into an account of our partner banks, writing your full name and order number as the reason.

For the best service after depositing the amount, please inform us by email at info@pharmassistglyfada.gr to complete your order.

If payment is not completed within thirty-six (36) hours, the order will be automatically canceled.

Electronic bank transfers between accounts of the same bank are free of charge. In case you wish to pay for your order by transferring funds from a bank that holds your account and is not mentioned above, you must choose to bear the costs of both banks. Otherwise, your transaction will not be processed. 

Pickup & Payment at the Store

For in-store pickup and payment, an online order must be placed in advance as product prices may differ from those in the physical store, which requires at least two (2) hours of processing by our system to be executed. You will receive a relevant message from us that your order is ready for pickup. 

For your best service, upon receipt of the order, you will need to show an order identification document (order number), whether you are the buyer or another person is coming in your place.

The pickup option is available Monday-Friday 08.30-21.00 and Saturday 09.30-20.00.

Orders marked ' Pickup-Pay at Store' will remain available at our Pharmacy for five (5) business days . After the five (5) business days have passed, they will be automatically deleted from our system and will no longer be available for pickup at our physical store.

Transaction security

All payments made by card are processed through the Piraeus Bank electronic payments platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).

Collection time

Your purchase will be charged at the time your order ships. If you paid with Paypal, payment will be made immediately after purchase. Some banks may display a pre-authorization or a subsequent actual charge.

This amount will be automatically released. If this does not happen, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the release of the pre-approval.

You are given the option to choose whether the document issued for your order will be a retail sales receipt or a sales invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and freelancers if they complete the following information when placing their order:

  • Company name
  • Tax ID, Tax Office
  • Headquarters Address 
  • Profession for freelancers.
