Your order can be paid for in one of the following ways.

Deposit to an account
Deposit to an account of our partner banks, writing your name and order number as the reason.
For the best service after depositing the amount, please inform us by email at info@pharmassistglyfada.gr to complete your order.
In case of non-completion of payment within thirty-six (36) hours, the order will be automatically canceled.

Electronic bank transfer between accounts of the same bank is provided free of charge. In case you wish to pay your order by transfer of an amount from a bank that holds your account and is not mentioned above, you must choose to be charged the costs of both banks. Otherwise, your transaction will not be executed.
Pickup & Payment in Store
For pickup and payment in store, an online order must have been placed in advance as product prices may differ from those in the physical store, which requires at least two (2) hours of processing by our system to be executed. You will receive a relevant message from us that your order is ready for pickup.
For the best service, upon receipt of the order, you will need to show an order identification document (order number) whether you are the buyer or another person is coming in your place.
The pickup option is available Monday-Friday 08.30-21.00 and Saturday 09.30-20.00.
Orders marked ‘Pickup-Payment in Store’ will remain available at our Pharmacy for five (5) business days. After five (5) business days, they will be automatically deleted from our system and will no longer be available for pickup at our physical store.
Transaction security
All payments made by card are processed through the Piraeus Bank electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).
Collection time
Your purchase will be charged at the time your order is shipped. If you have paid with Paypal, payment will be made immediately after purchase. Some banks may display a pre-authorization or a subsequent actual charge.
This amount will be automatically unlocked. If this does not happen, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the unlocking of the pre-authorization.
