Upon completion of your order, you will be notified immediately by e-mail from us. We ask you to check your spam/junk folder in case you do not receive the confirmation email.
Products that are immediately available will be shipped within 1-3 business days at the latest. Delivery time to some remote areas or islands may be 3-4 business days.
In the event that a product is not immediately available, we will inform you by email or telephone about the progress of your order. Products that are not immediately available are shipped by us as soon as they become available.
For orders pending bank deposit, the shipping time begins on the next business day from the deposit.
BOX NOW Lockers
You can now easily and quickly receive your orders with BOX NOW from one of the BOX NOW Locker automatic pickup machines. After the parcel is sent by us, the parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours. If you wish, you can extend it for another 24 hours by submitting a relevant request at www.boxnow.gr .
Deliveries are made on working days from Monday to Friday.
ACS Courier
Your order is delivered within 1 business day (except for the areas of Central Greece, Thessaly, Western Macedonia and islands where shipments are made in 2 business days).
During peak periods, shipping may be delayed by the cooperating courier company.
A specific delivery time for the order cannot be guaranteed and comments regarding specific delivery times from each courier company are not binding. In any case, every effort is made to satisfy them in the best possible way.
Pharmacy Pickup – Free
If you live in the Glyfada area, you can pick up your order for free from our store, Artemidos 1, Esperidon Square 16674, as soon as you are informed by a relevant message that your product is ready for pickup, the same or the next day.
For your best service, upon receipt of the order, you will need to show an order identification document (order number), whether you are the buyer or another person is coming in your place.
The pickup option is available Monday-Friday 08.30-21.00 and Saturday 09.30-20.00.
Orders marked ' Pickup-Pay at Store' will remain available at our Pharmacy for five (5) business days . After the five (5) business days have passed, they will be automatically deleted from our system and will no longer be available for pickup at our physical store.
Cyprus

For purchases of products with a total cost of less than fifty (50.00) euros, the customer is charged two (2) euros in shipping costs.
For purchases over fifty (50.00) euros and up to three (3) kilos, shipping costs are free.
For each additional kilo, the customer is charged one (1) euro. There are no charges for hard-to-reach areas.
ACS Courier
For purchases of products with a total cost of less than fifty (50.00) euros, the customer is charged three shipping costs. (3) euros.
For purchases over fifty (50.00) euros and up to three (3) kilos, shipping costs are free.
For each additional kilo, the customer is charged one (1) euro. There are no charges for hard-to-reach areas.

For purchases of products with a total cost of less than sixty-nine (69.00) euros, the customer is charged shipping costs of eight (8) euros.
For purchases over sixty-nine (69.00) euros and up to three (3) kilograms, shipping costs are free.
For each additional kilo, the customer is charged one (1) euro.
