Upon completing your order, you will be notified immediately by e-mail from us. We ask you to check your spam/junk folder in case you do not receive the confirmation email.

Products that are immediately available will be shipped no later than 1-3 business days. Delivery time to some remote areas or islands may be 3-4 business days.

In the event that a product is not immediately available, we will inform you by email or phone about the progress of your order. Products that are not immediately available will be shipped by us as soon as they become available.

For orders that are pending bank deposit, the shipping time begins the next business day from the deposit.

BOX NOW Lockers

You can now easily and quickly receive your orders with BOX NOW from one of the automatic BOX NOW Locker pickup machines. After the parcel is sent by us, the parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours. If you wish, you can extend it for another 24 hours by submitting a relevant request at www.boxnow.gr.

Deliveries are made on working days from Monday to Friday.

ACS Courier

Your order is delivered within 1 working day (except for the areas of Central Greece, Thessaly, Western Macedonia and islands where shipments are made in 2 working days).

During peak periods, the shipment may be delayed by the cooperating courier company.

A specific delivery time of the order cannot be supported and comments regarding specific delivery times from each courier company are not binding. In any case, an effort is made to satisfy them in the best possible way.

Pharmacy Pickup – Free

If you live in the Glyfada area, you can pick up your order for free from our store, Artemidos 1, Esperidon Square 16674, as soon as you are informed by a relevant message that your product is ready for pickup, the same or the next day.

For the best service when picking up your order, you will need to show an order identification document (order number) whether you are the buyer or someone else is coming in your place.

The pickup option is available Monday-Friday 08.30-21.00 and Saturday 09.30-20.00.

Orders marked ‘Pickup-Pay at the store’ will remain available at our Pharmacy for five (5) business days. After five (5) business days, they will be automatically deleted from our system and will no longer be available for pickup at our physical store.

For purchases of products with a total cost of less than fifty (50.00) euros, the customer is charged a shipping cost of two (2) euros. For purchases over fifty (50.00) euros, the shipping costs are free.

ACS Courier

For purchases of products with a total cost of less than fifty (50.00) euros, the customer is charged a shipping cost of three (3) euros. For purchases over fifty (50.00) euros, shipping costs are free.
