No contract shall be deemed to have been concluded between us and you regarding any products until your order has been expressly accepted by us. If we do not accept your order and payment has already been deducted from your account, it will be refunded in full.

To place an order, you will be asked to follow the checkout process and click the "COMPLETE" button. You will then receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order (the "Order Confirmation").

Receipt of this email confirms that the order has been completed and accepted by us.

Product Availability

All product orders are subject to availability. In this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or stock depletion, we reserve the right to inform you — either by telephone at the number you have provided or by email — of similar products of equal or higher quality and value that you may order instead.

If you do not wish to order such similar products, we will provide you with a full refund of any amount you may have paid.

Order Rejection

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from pharmassistglyfada.gr at any time and/or to remove or edit any material or content on this website. While we make every effort to process all orders submitted to us, exceptional circumstances may arise in which we may need to decline to process an order even after we have already sent you an order confirmation — a right we reserve at our absolute discretion at any time.

We bear no liability to you or to any third party for withdrawing any products from this website, for removing or editing any material or content on the website, or for declining to process or accept an order after having sent you the order confirmation.

Delivery — Non-Delivery of Products

Subject to clause 5 above regarding Product availability, and subject to exceptional circumstances in this respect, we will make every effort to complete your order for the product referenced in the order confirmation by the delivery date specified in the order confirmation or, if no delivery date has been specified, within the estimated time period shown when you select a payment method, and in any event within the maximum period stated.

Delivery of products is carried out through the courier partner we work with, and delivery time within Greece is between three and four (3–4) business days from the day following the Order Confirmation.

We do not make deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays. However, delays may occur depending on factors such as the delivery area or unforeseen circumstances.

If for any reason we fail to meet the delivery date, we will notify you and offer you the option either to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date, or to cancel the order with a full refund.

For the purposes of these Terms, "delivery" shall be deemed to have occurred, or the order shall be deemed to have been delivered, when you or a third party acting on your behalf (other than the carrier) obtain physical possession or control of the goods, as evidenced by a signed acknowledgment of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

If it becomes impossible for the carrier to deliver your order, the carrier will leave you a note explaining where your order is located and what you need to do to collect it, and will also contact you by telephone.

If, after 10 days from the time your order becomes available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons beyond our control, we will consider that you wish to cancel the Contract, and the contract will be deemed terminated. As a result of termination of the Contract, we will refund in full any payment we received from you as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of the date the contract is terminated.

In the event your order is lost due to a carrier error, we will inform you accordingly and arrange whether you still wish to complete the order so that we can replace and resend you the same products; otherwise, we will refund in full any payment we received from you.

Product Payment

The price of each product is that stated at any given time on pharmassistglyfada.gr, except in cases of an obvious error. We always take care to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, though errors may nevertheless occur. If we identify a pricing error for any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to reconfirm the order at the corrected, correct price, or to cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, we will consider your order cancelled and will refund in full any amount you have paid.

We are not obliged to supply you with any product at an erroneously lower price (even if we have already sent you an order confirmation), where the pricing error is obvious and undeniable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as an incorrect price. Under our company's policy, shipping costs for purchases within Greek territory over fifty euros (€50) are free of charge for you, while for purchases under fifty euros (€50) you will be charged five euros [figures as stated in the source, which contains an apparent inconsistency: "€5.00, €80.00"]. Shipping costs for your purchases within the European Union are free for purchases over eighty euros [again as stated: "€15.00"], and for smaller purchases you will be charged fifteen euros [as stated: "€30"].

Finally, purchases from outside the European Union can only be made by prior arrangement and will be charged thirty euros (€30) regardless of the value of the products purchased, with shipments carried out via ELTA (the Hellenic Post). Prices may change at any time; however, subject to what is specifically stated immediately above, any such changes will not affect orders for which confirmation has already been sent to you.

Order Confirmation

Once you have selected all the products you wish to purchase, they will have been added to your shopping cart, and the next step is to proceed with the order and payment.

To do this, you must follow the steps of the checkout process, completing or verifying the information requested at each step. In addition, during checkout, before payment, you can change the details of your order.

Payment can be made by cash on delivery, or by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.

To minimize the possibility of unauthorized access, your card details will be encrypted. Your card will only be charged once your order is dispatched for delivery from our warehouses. By clicking the "Complete Order" button, you confirm that your credit card is valid and has a sufficient balance.

Credit cards are subject to validity and authorization checks by your card issuer. If your card issuer does not approve the payment, we bear no responsibility for any delay or non-delivery, and we will not be able to enter into a contract with you.

Products Sensitive to High Temperatures

During periods of high temperatures, certain products may be affected during transport or while held at pickup points or lockers. This mainly concerns perishable products such as vitamin gummies and sunscreen sticks, without excluding the possibility that other products exposed for extended periods to high temperatures or direct sunlight may also be affected.

If delivery to lockers or other pickup points is selected, the customer is responsible for ensuring timely collection of their order after its arrival.
