Medicinal product in powder to create an oral solution for natural relief from constipation. It leads to regular bowel movements and softens hard stools.

DulcoSoft® powder should be dissolved in approximately 150ml of a beverage of your choice (hot or cold) and preferably taken as a single dose in the morning, and usually takes 24-72 hours to take effect. It has a neutral taste, so it will not change the taste of your drink.

The usual dose is indicated to the right, unless otherwise advised by the doctor:


Adults and children 8 years and older:

1 to 2 sachets per day


Suitable for pregnant and lactating women.

Suitable for diabetics, people with celiac disease or lactose intolerance, as DulcoSoft® powder does not contain sugar, gluten or lactose.

A doctor's supervision is recommended.

Sanofi DULCOSOFT 10 SACHETS

DulcoSoft® powder is a mild laxative designed for the symptomatic treatment of constipation.

It has a high water binding capacity and transports water directly to the intestine. There the hard stool softens and increases in volume. This leads to an increase in bowel motility and facilitates the elimination of stool.

Its active substance, macrogol 4000, has a purely natural mode of action, as it is not absorbed by the body and is excreted unchanged.

DulcoSoft® powder has a neutral taste, so it can be easily mixed with hot or cold drinks.
