How OTRIMER is used
The usual frequency of use is 1 to 2 sprays per day in each nostril.
If necessary, the product can be used as often as required.
OTRIMER (strong spray) is suitable for adults only and is specifically applied to rinse the nose in case of severe nasal congestion.
For elderly people or people who are unable to use the product by themselves, using the product may require the assistance of an adult.
If the product is used as directed, Otrimer Nasal Spray is well tolerated.
For hygiene reasons and to avoid contamination, the nasal spray should be used by only one person.
Instructions for use
1. Blow the nose, if necessary.
2. Before and after using OTRIMER, wash your hands very well.
3. Remove the protective spray cap.
4. If the spray has not been used for a long time, activate it by spraying once into the air before use. In case the nozzle is clogged, clean it by placing it under warm running water and wipe it with a clean cloth.
5. For children who cannot use the product on their own: Have the child lie on their back with their head turned to one side so that the liquid can flow more easily.
For children and adults who can use the product alone: Tilt the head forward, leaning to one side so that it is as horizontal as possible.
6. Insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and spray briefly (2 – 3 seconds).
7. Then tilt the head to the other side and repeat in the other nostril.
8. Let the product act for a few seconds. Do not blow your nose for these seconds but wipe it if necessary.
9. Then blow the nose if necessary.
10. After each use, clean the nozzle by placing it under warm running water, wipe it with a clean cloth and replace the protective cap.
11. Clean the nozzle with warm water.

Nitrogen is added as an inert propellant gas to the pressurized package. The propellant gas does not come into contact with the solution.
OTRIMER nasal sprays are available in 100ml packages.

Do not use the product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients (see ingredient list).
Do not use the product if it is damaged or broken.
Do not put the package in the microwave.
Before using OTRIMER after a surgery or a wound in the nose consult your doctor.
Thanks to its antiseptic properties, OTRIMER is recommended to be used first when you are also using another topical nasal product (e.g. for a cold or allergic rhinitis).
OTRIMER can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Before use, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
