Shin pads for immediate relief from pressure and friction, helping to prevent blisters and further hardening of the skin.

Clean and dry skin thoroughly before use, ensuring the blister area is free of cream or oil.
Remove the bottom paper, avoiding contact with the adhesive side.
Apply the pad firmly to the blister, trying to fit the edges well down.
Leave in place until it starts to peel off on its own.
Note: it may remain in place for several days
To remove the pad: Do not pull upwards, but slowly along the skin
